What is FUFISM and why should you care?

What is FUFISM and why should you care?

Read more about FUFISM hereWell FUFISM is a marketing philosophy where social media and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) are the two core elements that dictate how and why many other marketing tactics are used.  As I am sure you know all search engines are gathering as many different signals as they can, so that they may use these to get the highest quality SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages) possible and ensure that their end users are happy and recommend their platform as the best search engine, so that the search engine may sell advertising and marketing space within their SERP's to business.

When Google Introduced the HUMMINGBIRD algorithm in August / September 2013 the world of search changed forever, and the focus shifted from STRINGS to THINGS and many marketers have not yet realized the true implications of these very drastic and far reaching changes.   Before Google introduced the HUMMINGBIRD algorithm key words were the main focal area of all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and there was just a little supplemental marketing where LINK BUILDING and related issues were aimed at ensuring that the search engines associated your chosen key words with your online content.

The hummingbird algorithm and its cousins in all other search engines changed the focus of their search process, and moved away from pure key words to focus on the context of your online content, as well as all the old SEOVI (Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators) and associated signals to a lesser degree.

What this means, for most search engines,  is that there is now a new set of SEOVI or Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators that carry more weight than key words and all the old or  existing   Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators (SEOVI's), which runs parallel to and enhances all the existing SEOVI that existed prior to Google Humming bird.

What I am trying to say is that all the existing search engine optimisation techniques that existed prior to the implementation of the Google Humming Bird Algorithm are still in play, and are still vitally important, as the Google Hummingbird algorithm uses these as the basis of its efforts,  and just adds extra value to these existing signals through manipulating them,  using the NEW SEOVI that are  associated with the context of your content, and how the social media and other OPSEOVI (OFF PAGE SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION VALUE INDICATORS) impact on the context of your IPSEOVI (IN PAGE SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION VALUE INDICATORS)

FUFISM has a Google plus business page
The next issue to consider is the impact of your so called SEMANTIC FOOTPRINT and the SEOVI (Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators) associated with the SEMANTIC FOOTPRINT of all the digital entities that are connected to your In Page Search Engine Optimisation efforts.    The semantic footprints of all the digital entities associated with your online content are an awful lot more valuable in terms of your SEO than most people realise.  Here we are talking of things like, but not limited to: --
  • general author values of individual contributors to your original online content
  • publisher values where you online content is exposed to the public
  • individual niche authority issues of all identifiable contributors
  • niche authority of digital entities connected to your online content that you are marketing
  • niche authority of digital entities that comment or interact with your social media posts marketing your online content
  • niche authority of the domain where your social media marketing is exposed as embedded content
  • The semantic similarity  and the semantic connectedness between linked content and you In Page content.
  • the relationship between the semantic footprints of your online content and any linked content which may show that you are expanding the conversation with that specific link.

BUT WHAT IS FUFISM

FUFISM or Functional User Friendly Integrated Social Media is a marketing philosophy where SEO and SOCIAL MEDIA are married, and act as the parents to all your marketing projects, both online and off line.  The Value of SEO to your company needs to be clearly understood, and the part that Social media plays in expanding the value of your In Page SEO must be put into perspective, especially since the Google Hummingbird algorithm has entered the picture.

FUFISM based marketing is thus just the well managed use of all your resources to ensure that your intended target market find your online content when searching for your products, services or related information online.

FUFISM based marketing ensures that all your different marketing elements speak to each other, are supportive of each other across platforms, and across different marketing media.  This means that the three SEO elements need to be aligned and integrated in ways that both search engines and your intended target market can recognize and make use of.

The first element is #IPSEO or In Page SEO, and this consists of all the HTML code and associated files which are listed, displayed and / or  activated within the page, such as but not limited to
  • text files
  • data base files
  • image files
  • audio files
  • video files
  • scripts
The second element is #OPSEO or Off Page but online SEO, which is all the supplemental online marketing and linked URL's (Uniform Resource Locators or online resources)  including but not limited to
  • Landing pages where in page links point
    • links in your  navigation structure
    • author pages  -- REL = AUTHOR
    • publisher pages --  REL = PUBLISHER
    • contributor pages  -- REL = CONTRIBUTOR
    • pages that expand the conversation
      • internal links
      • external links
    • pages identified as landing pages by your web design or blog design team
  • Link building efforts that result in inbound links
    • Social media marketing
    • blog posts discussing your online content
    • influencer marketing
    • email marketing with embedded links
    • business directories and online classified marketing
    • good old fashioned editorial links from other domains
The third element is #OLSEO or  Off Line SEO, which is the area where you ensure that your intended target market know what your key words are, so that they will use your key words in their search queries.  Here you need to remember that SEO or Search Engine Optimisation is the toolkit that you supply to the search engines so that they may build bridges between your online content and your intended target market audience.  These bridges are the connections between search queries and key words, as determined by search engines following their many different algorithms. This OLSEO is done in many areas including but not limited to
  • your print media marketing / advertising
    • news papers
    • magazines
    • flyers
    • billboards
  • your radio marketing advertising
  • when attending trade shows
  • when attending public speaking events
  • at conferences or industry specific events
  • cold calling by your marketing staff
  • in house personal discussions with your customers by your sales staff

These three elements of SEO need to be well managed and properly integrated to ensure that all your marketing staff understand how they are related, and how these three separate SEO tactics  influence each other.  All marketing staff need to be aware of ALL the In page issues such as the Schema markup, hash tags, videos, audio clips, Hangouts On air and other issues, so that they can incorporate these within their own personal interactions with your customers, clients and general target market audience, both within the online environment as well as the off line environment.

So coming back to the "WHY SHOULD YOU CARE"  issue... you should care because this will influence how your target market uses your key words in their search queries.  If you are successful in all three sectors of SEO then your intended target market will use your desired key words in their search queries, and search engines will easily match the intent of the search with the intent of your online content,  then place your online content at the top of the SERP's, as well as in the many new SERP displays such as the local pack, the instant answer box or other display options.

Does paid advertising have any SEO Value?

The SEO  benefits of paid advertising are huge!

FUFISM is a marketing philosphy where SEO and social media play an importnat rolle in thr marketing world

Paid advertising is not usually associated with SEO, and this is a very big mistake, especially since the introduction of the Google Humming Bird Algorithm where SEMANTIC FOOTPRINTS and TRUST FACTORS now form the core of the primary SEOVI (Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators) which need to be considered when doing any form of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

To understand these issues better, we need to come to grips with what is meant by SEO and there are so many different versions of this story, so to ensure the we stay on the same page and that  YOU clearly understand my point of view I will once again quote my definition of SEO.

In my opinion SEO or Search Engine Optimisation has three distinct objectives

1) to ensure that search engines index your online content.

2) to ensure that your online content appears within the SERP's  when people are searching for your products, services and related company / organization information.

3) to ensure that your intended target market audience select the link to your  on line content, then follow through by performing at least one CTA (Call To Action)  within the page that they selected from the SERP;s

If any one of these fails your SEO has failed.   Now that we understand the purpose, aims and objectives of any good SEO strategy lets see how PAID ADVERTISING IMPACTS ON THESE ISSUES

When a spider takes its data from the page in question the information about the advert in question is also included within the page as part of the #IPSEO or In Page Search Engine Optimisation.  So you as the owner of the page need to negotiate with the advertiser and ensure that the advert is suitable and relevant to your intended target market audience.  This is basically saying that you are in control of the quality of the advert and must thus ensure that the advert meets your qualifications,  other wise do not display the advert within your page.

When you place paid advertising within your page, from display networks like Google adsense and many others you specify your target audience, and have access to many filters and tools that would ensure that your adverting is in some way related to your target audience.  If you have done your #IPSEO or In Page Search Engine Optimisation right, and documented this clearly within the target market research phase then setting these related filters within your adsense campaigns will be relatively easy. If you make it easy for the search engines to identify your desired target audience, then the ad display network will also be able to calculate and predict your intended target audience, and thus have much better quality adds.

It is our considered opinion that this improved quality of the in-page advertising filters through to the quality of your page and impacts on many other #SEOVI (Search engine Optimisation Value Indicators) from page rank and domain rank through author, publisher and many other SEOVI specifically your semantic foot print and the associated trust factors.  These Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators (SEOVI) are the variables that Google as well as other search engines use within their very complicated multi stage algorithms that match a search query to a SERP (Search Engine Results Page)

+Rand Fishkin  of +Moz posted this  #whiteboardfriday  where he talks about the issues associated with paid advertising and explains many of the related issues.

IPSEO - Topic targeteting for SEO

fufism.info4u.co.zaSEO or Search Engine Optimisation is divided into two major sections the first is #IPSEO or In Page Search Engine Optimisation and the second is #OPSEO or Off Page Search Engine Optimisation.  These two sections are both important, with Off Page Search Engine Optimisation caring more weight than In page Search Engine Optimisation, how ever the In page stuff needs to be done first, and needs to be done correctly and with intent on ensuring that the correct set of key words and related information flow patterns around these selected key words is actually in-place, to suit the purpose, aims and objectives of the page in question.

Key word targeting is not an easy task, as there are so many surrounding issues that need to be considered, and the subject matter needs to be clearly understood along with where in the sales / marketing funnel the page in question is considered to be.  Here questions  around the following issues, amongst many others,   need to be addressed.  You will know what these other issues are once you take the time to document and understand the purpose, aims and objectives of the page in question.

  • What is the purpose, aims and objectives of the page in question
  • is this a general information page
  • is this page near the top of the marketing / sales funnel
  • is this page near the bottom end of the sales / marketing funnel
  • how many in page CTA's (Call to action) are important for the sales / marketing funnel's next stage
  • is this page connected to a Google community (or other social media community) information drive
  • what is the theme of the page in question, and where does it sit in the total marketing strategy
  • issues that come up during key word research and target market matching
  • copy writing  issues connected to target market and keyword matching
  • Who are your target audience, and why is this group considered to be your target audience.
  • is this page part of your network building strategy
  • is this page part of your link building strategy, and if so how does this fit in with other in-page issues

Key word targeting is subservient to the issues around topic targeting, which is determined by the purpose, aims and objectives of the page in question along with the marketing / sales funnel stage and related relationship building activities.  When a page has a clearly defined topic then key word selection is an awful lot easier, and copy writing will also be simpler.

Defining a topic for your page is not as easy as one would think, and there are many different issues that come to play, with copy-writing, and the core subject matter as well as the intentions of the page being a very big parts of the long term planning of every page in your site or blog.  Copy writing for a specific topic is an awful lot easier than writing for a whole bunch of different topics that have a similar focus area.

Understanding the intentions of the page in question will help in defining the topic for the page, and that will then define the criteria to be used for your key word selection process.  Topic targeting is not very well understood, as most people within the SEO industry only talk of keyword targeting, but do not inform people of the methods involved in determining the criteria that one has put in place, or *should have put in place* to manage your keyword selection process.  Selecting an appropriate topic that defines the intentions of the page in question is very helpful, and this should be considered when defining the tile of the page within the title tag in the head section.  The title tag in your head section should have a very clear and obvious connection to the topic of the page, as well as the description and key words listed in the meta tags of your page.

Many will tell you that the key words as well as titles and descriptions of your page are not needed in the meta tags of your page. Ignore these people, and use these very powerful #SEOVI (Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators) which Google Humming bird uses within their semantic foot print and trust factor evaluations of your web site.  The META TAGS in the head section carry an awful lot more weight than most SEO practitioners will tell you, but many now ignore these powerful SEOVI because they have heard rumors that these tags are dead.

These very powerful meta tags that reside in the *HEAD SECTION* of your HTML 5 CODE should not be sneezed at, and you should be very weary and not easily trust those who tell you that these high level SEOVI are worthless.  They are used in many new places since the Google Humming Bird Algorithm has been introduced.  These SEOVI (Search Engine Optimisation Value Indicators) that are hidden within the *HEAD SECTION* of your web site or blog are an awful lot more powerful than you think, and they are directly connected to the in-page trust issues, so use them wisely and do not spam or misuse these great opportunities to get deeper penetration within the SERP's (Search Engine Optimisation Results pages)

Using the page title, page description or key words lists within the head section of your web site or blog to spam the search engines, or attempting to mislead the search engines through inappropriate use of these HTML 5 META TAGS will backfire and cause your page, as well as your domain some considerable harm.

Ensuring that the META TAGS within the HEAD SECTION of your web site reflect the*TOPIC OF YOUR PAGE* is essential for good SERP's and should be done as part of your basic SEO practices that you implement for your site.

Once again taking a #FUFISM based marketing view of things is very helpful, as this will give you the tools and thinking patterns needed to be able to select relevant topics, as well as page titles, page descriptions and related key words to be used in your copy writing. These issues associated with topic selection for your pages are not easy and require quite a bit of input from others in your team.  The topic of your page does need to be brainstormed by your marketing team, after everybody has read the marketing brief which should contain the intentions, purpose aims and objectives of the page in question.

The Power of Google Plus is growing, are you prepared?

There have been many rumors that SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is dead, some have even hinted that it is buried. I think that those who started these rumors are FaceBook Marketers who have had some success and achieved some business without using any other platform besides FaceBook.

In my opinion these marketers have just been lucky, and their success has gone to their heads. Those in the online marketing industry know the truth, your products and services will not be found easily online unless they are well placed in the SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages)

At the end of the day there are only three ways that your online information will be found by your intended target market
  1. They will type your address directly into the address bar of their browser because they were exposed to your marketing in other media such as  amongst others
    • TV advertising
    • Radio advertising
    • Newspaper and other print media advertising
    • billboards, flyers and other direct marketing
  2. They will click on a link found in
    • your online marketing
    • referral from a social media platform such as G+ or Facebook
    •  a web page referencing your work as an authority on your subject matter
    • a web site that has a link exchange program with your web site or blog
    • your paid advertising link in some body elses pages
  3. They will use a search engine to find your online information and click on your listing in a SERP (Search Engine Results Page)
Currently (Jan 2013) Google is the biggest search engine and has the lions share of all search querries, so you will need to be listed in the organic SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages) that Google provides to ensure that you get the best exposure within these SERP's

Now the trick is to understand how Google plus influences the SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages)  provided within the organic search results pages. This is where the power of G+ or Google Plus starts to shine and push any pages associated with your G+ profile closer to the top of the SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages) due to a host of different social signals that are associated with your G+ profile and the posts that you have made within all your associated G+ pages and related communities.

During my research I came across this post by Mark Traphagen on Wind mill Marketings web site

This post was very well written and extremely helpful in understanding the true power of Google Plus

At the end of the day G+ is Googles own Social media networking platform, and they have full unrestricted access to all data on the Google Plus platform, which gives them quite a bit of leverage to use the data in ways that enhance your search experience. Another point to take into consideration is that they (Google Search Engineers) know the structure of the data as well as the data layout which makes their use of this information simpler and more user friendly.

To understand this a bit better you may need to understand the term FUFISM

what is the value of Social Signals in SEO

SEO or Search Engine Optimisation has come a long way since it first became a necessity in getting your information listed near the top of SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages) In the beginning it was purely in-page SEO, and that was fine.

but things have changed drastically see video at bottom of page

Along came the advent of Facebook and the social media revolution which changed the way that we as people communicate in ways that are still being investigated and documented. Many other social media platforms jumped up and started having an influence on information sharing and information flow between people at alarming speeds. People were suddenly sharing a whole lot of stuff online that did not make sense to businesses as it was purely of a social nature with people discussing things like
  • where they would be spending the week end
  • what we will be eating for lunch
  • who is having an affair with my cousin
  • what colour dress should be worn to a party
  • what music is pleasant and what is crappy to listen to
  • their personal love life
  • their personal thoughts and social affairs
  • whats going on at the office when the boss is out
  • what movies to watch
  • where I waste my spare time
This information was indexed in search engines and because of the size of the base web site that the social media platforms operated, and the size of the user base of these social platforms, results suddenly started appearing at the top of SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages) for many keywords and keyword phrases, which carried very little value to the person making the search request.

Soon the marketing world stepped into the social media arena and started direct online marketing within the social media with alarming  results. These results were at first confusing to many within the search industry, especially those involved in SEO for web sites. The major search engines picked this up and started adding the value of social signals to their algorithms with strange results as they were very experimental.

As the search industry came to grips with the impact of the social media on search patterns things started to settle down and an understanding of how social signals should be interpreted by search engines began to emerge. At Info4u we realised that these changes required an integrated approach to all online marketing, as most SEA's (Search Engine Algorithms) use a large variety of issues from different locations to determine the value of any specific page before placing it in any SERP (Search Engine Results Page)

Info4u thus coined the acronym FUFISM or Functional User Friendly Integrated Social Media  to describe the our approach to all online marketing, as the Search Industry now requires a lot more information from you to place your online information anywhere near the top of its SERP's.

This short video by slingshot (www.slingshotseo.com) found at http://www.business2community.com  discusses some of the related issues focusing on social media issues around social signals and SEO

What's the value of a Google+ +1?

What's the value of a Google+ or a +1? Now this is a good question that needs some explanation.

Social signals are the new buzz word in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and are quite a scary bunch of things affecting page rank and SERP (Search Engine Results page)

what is the value of colour in terms of SEO

The value of colour in terms of SEOV (Search Engine Optimisation Value) is underestimated because it is not seen as a ranking factor for search engines within the marketing world.

This is a big mistake, and is caused by the misunderstanding of SEO (search Engine Optimisation) in general marketing terms. In the past SEO technical staff were the only ones involved in SEO. This has changed drastically over the last year  where SM (social Media) has become the newest buzz word and is now considered to be a prime factor in the SEO industry.

Read this article on the issue of colour and its value to your web site also read the comments which are insightful as well.

You really do need to consider your target market with their social values and  cultural values as well as group preferences when considering colours for your web site or a section of your web site. Once this has been evaluated by the marketing team you need to do a small test run on a subsection of your pages and get user feed back.

Look carefully at what they have to say, as all the search engines have done this and are currently using user appreciation and user functionality as part of their SEOV (Search Engine Optimisation Value) system, where individual pages get scored for a variety of factors which are all entered into the SEA (Search Engine Algorithm) which determine your pages SERP's (Search Engine Results Page Positions)

If the SE's (Search Engines) like your colour scheme and think you pages are user friendly you will do a lot better in the SERP's. Remember things like readability and site aesthetics are determined by your colour scheme. So take your time on this one and do a few small tests on some sub domains to see the results before rushing off and making any changes to your colour scheme

Google basics explained - on video

This short video gives a very brief explanation of the basics of Google's methods to index sites and what variables are most important for ranking high in the SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages' / positions).

three things that are most important for search engine are
1) how to craw the web most efficiently
2) index the pages, and sort according to some criteria
3) Rank all pages then serve the pages to searchers according to their needs

To ensure that your pages are indexed in search engines you need to ensure that  search engines find your pages through links from other sites, and that your pages have internal links so that all your pages can be found by any search engine that locates any one of your pages.

Once your pages are indexed by search engines they perform quite a few mathematical tricks useing a host of variables such as but not limited to the list below to give some kind of score to your page. Then the search engine will store this value along with a number of pre calculated variables that will be used to evaluate an end users search query and return a SERP (Search Engine Results Page) in their indexing system.
1) the specific words within your pages, and how they are used, where they are in relation to each other and other data on your page.
2) all inbound links form other websites including the anchor, text where the link is on the page, words near to the link, and words on the landing page which the link refers to.
3) all out bound links, including anchor text, words near the link, words on the landing page of the link, and the context of the link related to other onpage data.
4) all internal links linking to the specific page as well as all internal links linking to other pages within your site taking the page content and many related issues into account.

When an end user submits a search query this is search query is compared with the indexed words and some very  advanced mathematical algorithm is used to determine the end users intent and match this intent with the aboutness of your pages. Once the search engine has determined the best possible matches from its index with a searchers intent the search engine delivers a SERP (Search Engine Results page)

Facebook Adds and SEO

Facebook Advertising is the new buzz word in social media circles and needs some serious attention from the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) crew, but first we need to determine the value of your Facebook marketing and placing adds within Facebook for your situation.

Read the whole post first then  read the 2 links at the bottom of this post to better evaluate what is written here

This evaluational is a complex task  that can only be done by your own marketing team, because of the list below...
  • they know what they have done, and others can ask about what is missing, and why it is missing after looking at the complied list of what has been done and what has been left out -
  • others=
    • SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) team
    • Web publishing team
    • Social media team
  • they know where they have placed adds, others can ask why the specified location and not else where
  • they know what SEO related tasks have been done to promote those adds they have placed, and your SEO team can discuss what is missing, then add to their own independent SEO efforts accordingly
  • They know your target audience and their preferred platform of use, as well as how to get a call to action functional within that platform.
  •  They have selected the action call, associated images, key words and key word phrases accordingly
  • They have the tools to determine
    • the ROI (Return On Investment),
    • the popularity of your Facebook adds
    • actions taken by viewers and subsequent results
    • impact on brand retention and brand recognition
Marketing, web publishing, SEO  and Social media need to be integrated for any one of them to be successful.

If there is or is not  a related web site associated with the Facebook marketing efforts is the next critical question, with additional questions being how many links from within the related Facebook marketing pages to this web site are there and what key words and keyword phrases were used in these related Facebook
  • adds
  • posts
  • fan pages
  • apps
Next you need to evaluate your web site, blogs, and other marketing avenues using the same or similar tactics and tools. Then you have a fair means of evaluating  the face book add and its value to your complete marketing strategy, which should include but not be limited to
  • inputs from your marketing team
  • inputs from your social media team
  • inputs from your online publishing team (web master and crew)
  • inputs from the SEO team - separate from online publishing
  • inputs from production staff
  • inputs from management and PR teams
  • inputs from your sales team showing sales graphs and related statistics so that these can be interpreted  correctly taking Social media signals and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) efforts into account and linking these to peaks and troughs in sales. Often sales and sales data are not part of this picture, due to the lack of integration because of marketing staffs selfish attitudes
Remember that Facebook does not allow the editing of their HTML nor insertion of  any META DATA into  their pages, so  only extreme basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is performed on your Facebook pages, including your Facebook Adds. Unfortunately your marketing staff do not consider SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)  and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) as part of company marketing strategy for some obscure reason.

Facebook adds create great value within Facebook for your :
  • likes
  • friends
  • shares
These social signals (likes, shares and friends)  are interpreted by most popular search engines today  and add value to the SEO JUICE  factor which is included in the SE (Search Engine)  SEA's (Search Engine Algorithms) and passed on to the linked pages from the specified profiles / fans pages

The greater the SEO JUICE factor of a page the better a linked to page scores within SERP's (Search Engine Results Pages / listings) and thus the closer to the top of the SERP's. Unfortunately Facebook Adds do not link directly to a website out side of the face book domain, so you need to ensure that the landing page of your advert within the Facebook domain contains at least one link, and preferably more to your sales pages within a domain that you control and can optimise for the search engines using the carried SEO JUICE to your best advantage.

The Facebook adds landing page needs great care when the basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is done as this SEO is extremely limited to the on page selection of keywords and  key word phrases as well as the in-page copy and any inbound links that you have generated from other domains to the Facebook landing page (The page your Facebook add refers to)

Facebook has their own internal linking structure and tools, which you need to understand and use as well by placing posts and fan pages within Facebook with carefully planned links, linking to the URL of your Facebook add. This very basic SMSEO ( Social Media Search Engine Optimisation) practice improves the value of the add within the Facebook SEA (Search Engine Algorithm)  and subsequently improves the quantity and quality of the SEO JUICE carried over to your pages from the Facebook add.

What this means is that you must use the Facebook adds to funnel your prospects from Facebook to your sales pages in your own domain, and use this strategy as part of your overall SEO strategy to improve your SERP's (Search Engine Results Page Listings) within Search engines to catch all searchers looking for your product / service / information thus improving your overall marketing and ROI (Return On Investment) of your total marketing budget.

integrate Social Media and SEO

REMEMBER THAT ALL YOUR MARKETING EFFORTS NEED TO BE CO-ORDINATED AND INTEGRATED HOLISTICALLY

SEO (SEARCH ENGINE |OPTIMISATION , SOCIAL MEDIA, BLOGS AND FORUMS ALL FORM PART OF MARKETING AND NEED TO BE INTEGRATED INTO THE COMPANY MARKETING STRATEGY CAREFULLY, EXCLUDING ONE OR GIVING ONE MORE VALUE THAN THE OTHERS IS VERY SHORT SITED.
